OVERVIEW
Our refund and return policy last for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be returned, the item must be unused, like you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Mp3, Pdf already received as downloads are not returnable.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are given:
Book with obvious signs of use
CDs that have been opened.
Any item that is not unused, damaged or missing in some parts owing to reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once the item you returned is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the acknowledgement. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed in the original mode within 7 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund, first check the statement of your account bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially sent.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund is sent.

SPECIAL OFFER ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same product, please email us at info@acousticguitarworkshops.com and mail your product to Acoustic Guitar Workshops – via Jesi, 340 – 60027 Osimo (An)
SHIPMENT OF RETURNS
To return your product, you must ship it to Acoustic Guitar Workshops – via Jesi, 340 – 60027 Osimo (An).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time for the replaced product to reach you may vary.
